Well we here at Maxim Smith offer several different options for divorce. For example, we have Friendly Divorce in St. Paul MN, which is a service where the parties are in agreement and have an agreement and can bring that to us and pay a flat fee to get their entire divorce done quickly and efficiently.
I also do collaborative law and collaborative divorce attorney St. Paul MN, which is a form of settlement where the parties commit to settling their case outside of court. There’s also traditional representation in a divorce case and I do that as well. That’s settlement oriented too, where it may involve mediation. It may involve a settlement conference with the other party and his or her attorney. That’s an option as well.
And then there’s traditional contested divorce litigation and I am familiar with the courts and have represented parties in motion hearings and then trials.
