If you recently moved to Minnesota and now want to get divorced, what you’re going to have to do is wait six months. That’s the only requirement that Minnesota has on whether or not you can get divorced here is residing here for six months. There’s no requirement that you be separated for any period of time but you do have to wait the six months once you’ve moved here.
